  Our experience at Union on Yale has been hit and miss for service and food. Today was in the middle: my Duck Confit was flavorless, and my partners Christo was okay but she missed the side salad.

  We went to the restaurant the other night with high expectations, there was only one other table of people and they came in after we ordered. The only reason I'm giving them a star, is because there's nothing lower! We ordered the fried chicken, and after an hour and a half the chicken came out, it wasn't even cooked through on some of the pieces! Oh by the way, the chicken is $48.00 ! The waitress was somewhat apologetic, but nothing could change the way we were treated, in that after all the " I'm sorries", no can we have you back to make up for the inconvenience, or may we comp your bill since you had to wIt one an a half hours!!!
